Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase of Rank, a one-time software credit sold at https://rankcredit.lol/ (the “Service”). By paying for Rank you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy.
1. What you buy
Rank is a one-time digital software credit. You pay a displayed USD whole-dollar amount. A new listing is charged the amount you enter, minimum $5. Raising an existing listing is charged only the difference. Unpaid or abandoned checkouts never appear on the software. Rank is not advertising, not a directory listing fee, not a marketplace, and not a subscription.
2. Delivery
Rank is digital. After payment succeeds, Rank is applied immediately on the software. There is no physical shipment.
3. Price
Prices are shown on the software before checkout, in USD, whole dollars, minimum $5. The charge at checkout is the displayed amount for a new listing, or the difference when raising.
4. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited) as merchant of record. Card data is handled by Waffo Pancake, not stored on this site. The billing descriptor on your statement is Rank / Waffo.
5. Refunds
Because Rank is delivered immediately as a digital credit, charges are generally not refundable once payment succeeds, except where required by law or where Waffo Pancake reverses a payment (chargeback, fraud, or processor error). Contact tangpingqingwa@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Acceptable use
You may only buy Rank for software listings you control. You may not use Rank for illegal activity, to sell other people’s products, to run a marketplace, to advertise third-party inventory, or to mislead buyers about price or identity.
7. User breach and consequences
If you breach these Terms — including illegal use, fraud, impersonation, or misleading buyers — we may refuse the purchase, withhold or reverse Rank, suspend access, and report the activity. You remain responsible for losses, chargebacks, and claims that result from your breach. Waffo Pancake may also refuse or reverse payment under its own rules.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Rank and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that a listing will produce any particular result, or that Rank will remain at a given position after later paid listings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and Waffo Pancake are not liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party claims arising from your use of Rank. Our aggregate liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Rank credit, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing here excludes rights that consumer law does not allow you to waive.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you start checkout until they are replaced. We may refuse or stop providing Rank, and Waffo Pancake may refuse a payment, if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law would be broken. Paid Rank already applied stays applied unless reversed for fraud, chargeback, or legal requirement.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always at https://rankcredit.lol/terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your country cannot be waived.
