Yann Jun (“we”, “us”) operates Rank at https://rankcredit.lol/. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Rank.

1. Controller

Data controller: Yann Jun, individual / sole trader.

2. Information we collect

You may provide an email address at checkout, listing identity (URL or handle), and the Rank amount you choose. We receive payment status from our processor. We do not store full card numbers.

3. Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited) as merchant of record. See Waffo’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

4. How we use information

We use it to apply Rank after a successful payment, send receipts, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information with Waffo Pancake to process payments, and with infrastructure providers needed to run the site. We share information if required by law.

6. Retention

Paid Rank records are kept for as long as needed to operate the software and for tax / accounting, typically up to 7 years. Support email is kept as long as the thread is needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to processing. Email tangpingqingwa@gmail.com.

8. Children

Rank is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes
